If you're not satisfied with a paid plan for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
We want you to be completely happy with RenameFiles. If a paid subscription doesn't meet your needs, we will make it right. This policy applies to all Pro and Business plan purchases made directly through RenameFiles.online.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. If you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will refund the renewal charge and cancel your subscription.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Free-plan users can upgrade to a paid plan at any time and are covered by this refund policy from the date of their first paid charge.
